    Arrival and Departure Times

    Our arrival time is from 3pm and departure is 11am. If you wish to extend your departure, please arrange at the time of booking or through reception during your stay. Available until 2pm, this will incur an additional charge of £10 per hour.

    Provisions Included

    For the duration of your stay we provide;

    • Towels per person: 1 x bath sheet | 1 x hand towel | 1 x bath mat
    • Toiletries: 2 x shower gels | 1 x shampoo | 2 x soaps | 2 x toilet paper sanitary bags
    • Kitchen: 1 x tea towel | 1 x J-cloth | 1 x washing up liquid | 1 x sponge scourer | 1 x oven glove | 6 x teas 6 x coffees | 10 x white sugars |6/8 x milks

    If you require additional supplies, you can purchase these at any time through reception.

    Welcome Pack

    Our welcome packs, at just £20, are designed to help you have a smooth and enjoyable start to your holiday by ensuring you have all you need from night one. They are especially helpful if you anticipate arriving late. They include:

    • A loaf of bread
    • 6 eggs
    • A jar of jam
    • 1 litre of orange juice
    • 1 pack of cereals
    • 1.5 litres of water
    • 1 litre of milk (full fat or semi-skimmed)
    • 1 pack of butter (or margarine, if preferred)
    • 1 pack of bacon

    No holiday in the South West is complete without a Cornish cream tea and, although we say so ourselves, The Falmouth Hotel’s cream tea is a little bit special! For an additional £8 you can have 6 home-made scones, Cornish clotted cream and some home-made strawberry preserve delivered to your door in time for your arrival.

    Linens & Cleaning

    Linen is provided and changed once every 7 days during your stay, waste bins are emptied daily and we carry out a thorough clean once a week.

    If required, a more frequent service can be arranged, for a small charge.

    Deposit, Payment Terms and Cancellation Policy

    Bookings can only be accepted with the payment of a £100 non-refundable, non-transferable deposit. The full balance is payable 4 weeks prior to the arrival date. If the booking is made less than 4 weeks before arrival, full payment will be required at that time.

    In the event of cancellation when less than 28 days remain until your arrival, the full cost of your stay will be retained. We recommend that guests consider taking out external insurance cover in case of possible cancellation. Pre-authorisation of your credit or debit card will be taken on arrival.
